Activate your access
Your company lets you know the benefit has been released to your team. From there, just create your account in the app to see your balance available for the month.
Send your prescription, with AI analysis
Send a photo of your prescription through the app. The platform checks the items in minutes and automatically builds your cart with what's covered by your balance.
Choose how to use your coverage
Prefer delivery at home? Order through the app with delivery to your address. Prefer to go to the pharmacy? Pay through the app via PIX using your balance at any physical pharmacy in Brazil.

Who pays for what?
Your company sets how much of the plan it subsidizes and which rules apply to your group. Depending on the model your company contracted, you may share part of the cost of a purchase. Before you confirm an order, the app shows how much comes from the subsidy and how much stays with you.
Where can I buy?
At any pharmacy in Brazil, according to the benefit model your company set up. You can buy through the app with delivery to your address, pay on the spot via PIX at the pharmacy counter, or buy on your own and send the prescription and the receipt through the app to be reimbursed within 5 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery reaches anywhere in Brazil, with a timeframe that varies by region. The app shows the estimated timeframe for your address before you place the order.
